Privacy Policy
This privacy policy explains what personal data we collect on this website, why we collect it, and how we handle it, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation (EU) 2016/679).
1. Controller
Dezignova LLC
Registered address: 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA
Email: contact@dezignova.cc
2. Data we collect
- Contact form: when you use our contact form, we process the data you provide — your name, email address, and message — solely for the purpose of responding to your inquiry.
- Orders and payments: purchases are processed by our payment provider Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record. Paddle collects and processes the data needed to complete your order (name, email, billing address, and payment details) and handles applicable taxes and invoicing on our behalf. We receive from Paddle only the information needed to deliver your product (e.g. your email address for sending download links). Paddle's privacy policy applies to its processing: https://www.paddle.com/legal/privacy.
- Server logs: when you visit this website, our hosting provider automatically collects technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, date and time) for security and error analysis. This data is stored only as long as required for these purposes.
- Fonts: this website uses Google Fonts. When pages are loaded, your browser may connect to Google servers (google.com and fonts.googleapis.com). Google processes this data in accordance with its own privacy policy. No font data is otherwise processed by us. Alternatively, we can serve fonts locally — contact us if you require this.
3. Legal basis
We process your personal data based on the following legal bases under the GDPR:
- Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — processing necessary for the performance of a contract or to take steps prior to entering into a contract (e.g. handling a project inquiry);
- Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in operating and securing this website (e.g. server logs).
4. Cookies
This website uses only strictly necessary cookies (if any) and does not set marketing or tracking cookies. If we introduce cookies in the future, you will be asked for your consent before they are set.
5. Data retention
We store your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. Contact form data is deleted once it is no longer needed, subject to statutory retention obligations.
6. Sharing of data
We do not sell or rent your personal data. Data is shared only with processors (e.g. our web hosting provider) who act on our instructions, and only to the extent necessary to operate this website and our business. Where processors are located outside the EU/EEA, transfers are made using appropriate safeguards in accordance with Chapter V GDPR.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Right of access (Art. 15 GDPR)
