Refund Policy
This refund policy applies to digital design products purchased from Dezignova LLC through www.dezignova.cc. Purchases are processed by Paddle, our payment provider and merchant of record.

You may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase date. All refund requests must be submitted within this 14-day refund window.
2. How to request a refund
To request a refund, contact Paddle using the "Request refund" option at paddle.net or the link provided in your purchase receipt. Alternatively, you can email us at contact@dezignova.cc with your order details, and we will assist you.
3. Refund processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of approval.
4. Statutory rights
